As a born and raised Corpus Christi resident, she is proud to share everything she loves about the Coastal Bend—from the warm, welcoming neighborhoods to the peaceful mornings by the beach. The youngest of 10 children, Ayde understands the importance of family and values the connections she makes with families of all walks of life. She earned her Texas Real Estate License in May of 2019 and immediately joined Keller Williams Coastal Bend, and has been with them since the beginning of her career because she loves what KWCB stands for: Faith, Family and Financial Security.

Ayde’s previous 20-year career in Sales & Marketing has equipped her with a strong foundation in strategic communication, negotiation, and client care. Over the years, she has cultivated a strong network of relationships with local businesses and major corporations, giving her a unique edge in understanding the coastal market and connecting clients with the right opportunities.

Ayde works with local builders, investors and represents buyers and sellers locally and throughout the country. She is very involved in various national charity organizations, volunteers at her local church and the Diocese of Corpus Christi.
