Cathy Geary-Swartz is a seasoned real estate professional with Keller Williams Coastal
Bend – Northwest, deeply rooted in the Corpus Christi community. As a native of the area,
she brings an insider’s understanding of the Coastal Bend and surrounding areas giving her
clients a unique and trusted perspective.
With 18 years of real estate experience, Cathy has built a reputation grounded in integrity,
responsiveness, and expert guidance. Her clients consistently commend her attentive
communication, strong negotiation skills, and genuine care throughout the buying and
selling process.
Cathy’s connection to real estate began early. Inspired by her mother, a respected local
Realtor, she learned the value of service, professionalism, and community involvement
long before launching her own career. That foundation continues to guide every
relationship she builds and every transaction she manages.
Committed to the values of her Keller Williams family, Cathy is proud and grateful for the
opportunity to lead others, she serves as the Team Leader of the All Starrs Team, a dynamic

free staging service that helps sellers present properties in the best possible light. Her keen
eye for space, flow, and presentation, combined with thoughtful marketing plans, has

When she isn’t helping clients or supporting her team, Cathy enjoys spending quality time
with her family at their home in Boerne, embracing the peace and outdoor lifestyle of the
