Biography

Randy Sullivan is a dedicated Realtor with Keller Williams Coastal Bend, proudly serving the Corpus Christi region he has called home for nearly his entire life. Born and raised in the Pope Place neighborhood, where he still resides today, Randy’s deep roots in the community give him a unique understanding of the city’s neighborhoods, culture, and long-term growth. His personal history and lifelong connection to the Coastal Bend allow him to guide clients with insight that only a true local can provide.

A graduate of W.B. Ray High School and a product of the Corpus Christi Independent School District, Randy went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University in 2003. He spent 15 years as a classroom teacher and coach, serving students and families in Rockport, Aransas Pass, and later in Corpus Christi at Veterans Memorial High School. During those years, he developed the skills that now form the backbone of his real estate career—communication, education, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to serving others.

Randy transitioned into real estate in 2023 when he joined Keller Williams Coastal Bend. From day one, he approached the business with the same work ethic and heart he brought to the classroom and athletic field. Through exceptional customer service, integrity, and genuine care for each client, he quickly built a strong foundation for his business. His move to the Tailor-Made Realty Group in early 2024 further elevated his ability to serve buyers and sellers with personalized attention and a high level of professionalism.

Randy’s passion for education continues to influence his work. In addition to guiding clients through one of the most significant decisions of their lives, he also teaches an Open House class at the Keller Williams Market Center, sharing practical knowledge and strategies with fellow agents. He credits the supportive, family-oriented culture of Keller Williams Coastal Bend for fostering his growth and giving him the tools to better serve the community he loves.

Beyond real estate, Randy is a proud father to his 11-year-old son, Jack, who attends Gregory-Portland Middle School. His role as a parent fuels his commitment to helping families find the right home and build their own futures in the Coastal Bend.
