Rebecca Silvas
REALTOR® KW Coastal BendBiography
Rebecca Silvas has witnessed firsthand the power of real estate, its benefits, and its ability to change lives. From watching her parents flip homes to experiencing the impact of servant leadership in customer service throughout her career, she learned early on the importance of helping others, building relationships, and serving her community with integrity.
Born in Kingsville and raised in Beeville, Rebecca is a proud Beeville Trojan Alumni, Class of 1993. She earned her Associate of Arts Degree from Coastal Bend College and later completed her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Houston–Victoria. Her educational foundation, combined with decades of leadership experience, equips her with the business insight and strategic mindset needed to guide clients confidently through every step of the real estate process.
Before beginning her real estate career, Rebecca spent 23 years with H-E-B, where she held multiple leadership roles and developed a deep appreciation for customer service, teamwork, and community engagement. During this time, she also managed rental properties, gaining hands-on experience that enhanced her understanding of property value, investment potential, and long-term wealth building.
Rebecca raised four beautiful children — Sarina, Stone, Avery, and Dalton and has one grandson, Isaiah— who remain her greatest joy and inspiration. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, going to lakes or beaches, enjoying nature and going to church.
Rebecca’s leadership extends far beyond her daily work with clients. Her commitment to community involvement is equally strong. Rebecca serves on the BISD Community Advisory Committee, where she supports district initiatives and fosters positive connections between families, schools, and the community. In addition, Rebecca has held the position of Vice Chair and now proudly serves as the 2026 Chair of the Bee County Council of REALTORS®. In this capacity, she works to strengthen the professionalism, unity, and advocacy efforts of local real estate professionals, helping elevate industry standards and promote ethical, forward-thinking leadership throughout Bee County.
She has benefitted greatly from the education, mentorship, and culture of contribution that Keller Williams is known for — and she proudly pours that same energy back into her market center, her community, and her clients.
