Biography
Upon graduating High School in Houston Texas, Steve attended University of Texas at Austin where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications with Honors.
After several years as a Contract Administrator for the State of Texas, Steve returned to Houston and embarked on a successful career in Sales and Management including Residential and Commercial Security Systems for an ADT affiliate, and then the retail automotive industry. During his 17-year tenure in the automotive industry, Steve held the positions of Salesperson, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and ultimately, Finance Director.
In these environments, Steve quickly realized the impact and importance of fostering strong relationships with clients, as well as with the team surrounding him from sales to management, parts and service, administrative, and outside vendors.
In 2021, desiring a better work-life balance, Steve and his family relocated to Corpus Christi, where he decided that his skill set would be a perfect fit for real estate.
He left the auto industry and immersed himself into getting his real estate license. After interviewing several brokers, Steve decided that KWCB’s strong culture of leadership, ethics, integrity, training, technology, and family was the best fit for his new venture. Steve is very excited and proud to be a part of the KWCB family and the ALC and looks forward to further contributing to the KWCB culture and paying forward all that he has learned.
